Situated on a prominent corner plot in Voula, this four-storey residential building is conceived as a refined residential composition of four distinct homes. The building includes a ground-floor maisonette with an internal mezzanine level, two full-floor apartments on the first and second floors, and a penthouse residence on the third floor with a loft level above.
The architectural concept is defined by floating horizontal volumes that extend outward to form spacious terraces, creating a sense of visual lightness and continuity across the façade. A distinctive vertical architectural element introduces movement and shadow to the building’s elevation while reinforcing its contemporary identity.
Integrated greenery softens the architectural composition and strengthens the relationship between built form and landscape.
